Active policing and community engagement in and for the week of February 2nd, 2026, focuses on antisocial behaviour (ASB) enforcement and public consultations. WMNow.co.uk +2 Key Events & Meetings WMP "Meet the Team" Event: Local officers will host a community drop-in on Thursday, 5 February, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. This is an informal opportunity to discuss local concerns with the neighborhood team. Heath Town Drop-In Surgery: A dedicated session is scheduled for next Monday, 9 February, at the Stratton Street Community Centre from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM. Antisocial Behaviour Survey: The "Have Your Say" survey for Wednesfield and Heath Town remains open. Feedback provided this week will help shape the 2026–2029 policing plan. WMNow.co.uk +5 Active Policing Priorities : Expect increased high-visibility patrols throughout the week, especially during evening and weekend hours, to deter large groups and shop theft. The Crossways Shopping Centre : Joint patrols with Wolverhampton Homes and council ASB teams are active in Heath Town's residential blocks and the shopping centre. Off-Road Bike Operations: The Multi-Agency Road Safety Operation (MARSO) continues in Wednesfield North and South this week to identify and seize illegal bikes. West Midlands Police +5 Recent Activity Arrests & Charges: Officers recently charged a male for multiple shop thefts and bail breaches in the area on February 1st. Road Safety: Several vehicles have recently been seized for lack of insurance or being SORN in the local area | ||
